Nick is a founding Partner & CEO of Brenance Private Lending. Prior he served as Partner and Business Development Director for Sound Capital, a private real estate debt fund providing rehab and construction financing for single and multi-family residential assets. He has extensive experience in private lending with nearly $2B in loans originated under his managment. He has launched several private debt funds, and has a deep understanding of risk mitigation, finacial modeling, capital markets, and correspondent lending practices. Throughout the last eighteen years in real estate, finance, and investments, he’s learned the level of commitment, work ethic, and integrity it takes to build a successful real estate business.

Nick was born and raised in Michigan and has a professional background in mechanical engineering, corporate finance, investment advisory, and non-QM private lending. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS), finance degree from San Diego State University, and has previously held Series 7 General Securities, 63 and 66 Advisor State Law (FINRA) registrations.
