Alec Wang

President Investor Relations

Alec started his career in real estate immediately after college. He founded Tana Investment Group in 2007 which started by mainly acquiring commercial and residential real estate, operating them as long-term holding assets. Its current portfolio includes properties in multiple states from net leased retail, office buildings, industrial, storage units, apartment buildings, and residential properties. The experience managing a real estate portfolio has led Alec and Tana Investment Group into focusing more on the financing side of the real estate value chain, and since 2010, started and grew a debt investment arm, which operates a series of funds that originate loans to the developers of residential subdivisions, multifamily buildings, fix & flip investors, and individual buyers of investment properties. With the growing trustworthy partnerships and a goal of providing the Best Real Estate Financing available, BRENANCE was created to combine the resources, knowledge, and experience of our team, and provide exceeding value to both our investors and project sponsors.

Currently, Alec lives with his growing family in the San Francisco Bay Area, while working with team members in different cities. As a former nationally ranked athlete and award-winning amateur photographer, his interests range from fitness and drawing to photography and reading.
